I called at 2:45 and talked to Scott about picking up some frozen pizzas before driving back to Minnesota. He opened the doors for me, since they don't open until 4pm and sold them to me. That right there is customer service. A job well done!
I wanted takeout for new years as I didn’t want to cook. The deep dish was so good and I’m so obsessed with the butter crust. The thin pizza was a hit with my son. The Caesar salad was one of the freshest salads I’ve tasted.
Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria has some of the best deep-dish pizza in Chicago, but I’ve noticed that when picking up orders, the pizza doesn’t always feel like it’s fresh out of the oven. It’s still delicious, but it would be even better if it had that piping-hot, just-made feel. That said, the manager is absolutely amazing! They’re friendly, professional, and always go out of their way to make sure everything is right. Their dedication to customer service really stands out and keeps me coming back. Overall, the pizza is fantastic, and the team is great—it’s just the pickup experience that could use a slight improvement. Definitely worth visiting!
Best chain pizza, hands down. The Bolingbrook location makes consistently good pies. Service is always super friendly. The shop could use another bench for seating.
Love Lou's Thin Crust Pepperoni. Ingredients always fresh topping a Great crust. Consistently delivery of a hot pie at time promised. Criminally underrated Salads also available. Also underrated are their Order takers that actually Listen and patiently repeat your order ack to ensure accuracy.
I ordered a medium thin crust pizza with honey. That was the first time I ever had honey on my pizza and it was delicious. I planned on eating a pizza over a three day period but couldn't resist and gobbled down half of it the first day and the other half the second day. Scott was the manager working there when I came in and he was very friendly and informative, and I really had a nice visit. Thank you Lou Malnati's.
